You might have encountered the Japanese concept of Ikigai, which is aimed at determining what brings meaning to your life.
If you’re not familiar with Ikigai, picture a set of interlinked circles. These circles represent what you love to do, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
From there, you figure out your passion, profession, vocation, and mission. But the challenge for people lies in identifying your mission – WHAT you’re meant to do.
The most crucial question when trying to find your life purpose is determining WHAT you’re supposed to do – your MISSION.
Without knowing your WHAT, you can’t determine your direction, career, or the results or transformation your business should provide to clients.
